BOARD MEETING OF THE INTERNATIONAL DETOXIFICATION SPECIALISTS IN LOS ANGELES...Coleen Maulfair's comments. Wow, there has been so much good news and activity to tell you about!! Earlier this year I was named to serve on the International Detoxification Specialists Board of Directors. I am quite honored to be asked to serve as this is the body that oversees the administation of the Hubbard Method of Sauna Detoxification in medical centers like ours. The board meeting was at the end of April in LA, providing a much appreciated weekend to talk with others who, like Conrad and I, deliver the sauna detoxification to a variety of people seeking better health and the chance to get rid of fat stores of xenobiotics that wreck havoc with health and happiness. While I was away Peter continued to deliver our program to our guys to good wins and we continue to be amazed at the effects and results that are available for sincere people going truly on this wellness path.

One of the most important recent happenings is the article on the application of this program to the 911 Rescue Workers in New York. A Journal"The Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients" published an extensive article featuring the results of this program for the very deserving rescue workers whose health has been damaged by their rescue work. There have been over 600 or so workers helped to date and this year alone they will complete 500 more. All involved are working around the clock to change the future for these guys and gals. Donations are very important because the Project puts these heros through free of charge. There is little in life as rewarding in helping these guys, they worked their hearts out for our citizens and many have since died due to their exposures on top the "pile".

GRAND OPENING OF THE CANCER CENTERS OF AMERICA IN PHILADELPHIA... Dr. Maulfair and I were invited to attend the opening ceremonies for this very special group. We feel very fortunate to have them in Philadelphia. They serve their patients with real attention to what each of them needs and they provide a very caring and loving environment for healing. During the luncheon featuring Lance Armstrong's Mom and her great story we enjoyed a fresh food luncheon showcasing the type of care given to each patient right down to their diet. We look forward to working with them as they develop the protocol for a study using vitamin C intravenously to help victims of this awful disease. Dr. Maulfair's work is important to them because he has been utilizing intravenous vitamin C for a variety of problems and gets great results for his patients. We look forward to helping in any way we can, this is a very caring group of professionals dedicated to changing cancer treatment and getting the best outcomes for people they help. The new facility in Philadelphia is just beautiful and peaceful and will bring great things to our medical community.
